Travel Requirements: All reasonable and customary travel expenses including business class airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals and related out of pocket expenses.

Terms: A deposit of 25% of the professional fee is required at the time the speaking engagement is booked. The balance of the speaker’s fee is due the date of the presentation. All remaining costs are due within 10 business days of receipt of the expenses invoice.
