Below are more of my favorite life review questions.  They invite older adults to tap into the narrative of their life and share what these memories look like today.  The goal is not to find “the story,” but rather todays’s story which undeniably  changes over time:

Indeed. The recall and the telling of stories about people and events from the past afford us the opportunity to see them with a new perspective, interpretation and meaning.  This grand and compelling dance of life review is about repeatedly circling back in time to see what these experiences have to tell us now as our long run of lasting starts to make way for leaving…
